Richard L. Gullixson graduated Cum Laude from UCLA and graduated from Loyola Law School in 1979. He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California, United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District.

Mr. Gullixson has been in private practice at the current office location since 1979. He is an experienced trial attorney with successful jury verdicts in all areas of injury law including auto injury, premises liability, police misconduct and product litigation. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys Associations for Southern California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and California Applicants' Attorneys Association.

Andrew T. Kennedy graduated from Chester College of Law, England in 1985 and practiced law in London England until 1991 when he emigrated to California. He was admitted into the California Bar and joined the law firm in 1992.

Mr. Kennedy became a partner in the law firm in 1999. With the firm changing its name to Gullixson and Kennedy, LLP. Mr. Kennedy specializes in the area of personal injury and worker's compensation cases. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys Associations for Southern California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and California Applicants' Attorneys Association.
